I bought online and one item was 2800 online but the price on the item was 2200. I got a receipt but np prices on the receipt. when i asked for a receipt i with prices i got no answer.

When our pool table was recovered with new cloth, there were damaging screws left in the pockets which chipped our balls

I’m extremely frustrated at this point. I still haven’t received my package, and there has been zero communication or meaningful updates. Every time I ask about the status, I’m simply told to check the tracking info, which hasn’t changed. Honestly, I nearly forgot about it altogether. It's especially disappointing to receive an email asking me to leave a review when no one even bothered to follow up to confirm whether I actually received the order. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and, frankly, unacceptable. I expect a proper response and resolution.
