My client wanted the rainbow Happy Birthday yard signs and they went out of stock by the time I placed the order and there was a firm deadline. Lindsey helped me out greatly and made sure I would have a set by my customer's deadline! She was amazing to work with and I will absolutely use Tex Visions again.
So many steps to go through until order is confirmed. Didn't realize order had not gone into production AFTER I approved the artwork already... so now we need to wait two more weeks.

I ordered cloth face mask on line on 4/15. It clearly stated that orders placed by 1 pm would be shipped same day. Since it was shipping from PA to us in PA I thought two days at most. My credit card was immediately charged by no mask showed up.The order confirmation I received said deliver by 4/23. So I was disappointed but accepted it. When 4/23 came and went and still no mask I called customer service. Destiny answered the phone I explained my concern. She then put me on hold for over 5 minutes at which point she came back and told me they had received a higher then expected response to the mask and just didn't have time to take down the item. She said they were way behind in production and had no idea when it might ship. However you were quick to bill my credit card for the order! Certainly would have been helpful to receive an email text or something to explain the situation. Very poor customer service. And by the way still waiting for my credit to be issue on my credit card since I canceled our order that day! Horrible experience. Would not even consider ordering anything else from you if this is the level of service you provide.
process was a little confusing. Especially figuring out the rush production but it was the first order and had a learning curve
