The process was somewhat confusing, but I feel like it's mostly the particular product I had printed. The fact that I could find a place to custom print a gaiter, not have to order in bulk, and get precisely what I was look for is reason enough to recommend to others. I appreciate the redundancy measures and explicit approval process.

I like that the product is relativey affordable for our project and was pretty easy to design. It would have been nice to see the quanties for each of the four designs I had selected during the design process, because it would wipe out the designs each time I would go back into review. Also, I hae only received one request to approve proofs of the four, so I am not sure what the delay is on the other three which are basically the same design, but different background colors. Otherwise, great site and offering! Thanks

CC would not process. Contacted Customer Service and they were able to process and also help with adjusting production from the standard to 2 - 4 days after customer changed requested in hands date shortly after order had been placed.

My client wanted the rainbow Happy Birthday yard signs and they went out of stock by the time I placed the order and there was a firm deadline. Lindsey helped me out greatly and made sure I would have a set by my customer's deadline! She was amazing to work with and I will absolutely use Tex Visions again.

So many steps to go through until order is confirmed. Didn't realize order had not gone into production AFTER I approved the artwork already... so now we need to wait two more weeks.
