TESmart was good. The only odd thing was that I did not get a shipping notification for the merchandise I ordered. I get notifications from UPS, and that is how I found out it had been shipped. I had other issues otherwise, however, the website was quite dense and I had some concern that I was not ordering the correct product in terms of the required ports/connections simply due to the content of the website being somewhat overwhelming.

I bought a 4 port DP switch and had some trouble with it. Not only did TESmart replace it promptly, they followed up with a status check to make sure the new one was working properly. Twice! It's easy to sell stuff but supporting it after the sale truly distinguishes a great company.

My Laptop does not work with this KVM-Switch. Also Mouse and Keyboard are not working after boot. They are powered but not working. I have to switch my keyboard to the front panel log into my windows switch it back to the back panel and then switch two times. I'm not really satisfied :(. Also I had to wait over 20 days until it got delivered and than so disappointing.

I recently purchased the TESmart HKS202-P23 KVM. I am a network engineer and primarily work from home. Because I support multiple customers, I sometimes have to work on two computers simultaneously. Having two laptops and two monitors can work well, with one monitor dedicated to each laptop, although I prefer two monitors + laptop screen I really, really hate typing on laptop keyboards, so getting a KVM switch was good for my sanity. With the HKS202-P23, I can not only switch monitors from laptop-to-laptop with a couple keystrokes, it also switches my mouse, keyboard, and my BT headset. Being able to switch this last device is really a huge help, as someone might unexpectedly call me on MS Teams on the "other" laptop. Pulling a USB dongle from one laptop and plugging it into the other, all while the call is ringing was a big pain. Once the adaptor was recognized, I could take the call on my headset, if the caller was patient enough. This KVM seamlessly allows even switching for calls. In short, it's been a game changer for my work. The monitor switch takes 2 seconds or less. Not perfect, but swifter than changing from HDMI inputs on my monitors to Display Port. And, not everyone has a monitor with multiple-type inputs to be able to switch on the monitor itself. I'm glad I read reviews and didn't cheap out on a bargain KVM. Those may be useful for some scenarios, but if you're professional - get a professional KVM.

I have been using the 4 Port HDMI KVM for over 4 years and have had no issues. I upgraded to the 4 Port DP newest product and have similar experience. The best part for me was the Customer service Department and Kelly. I had a very complex issue and took over a month to resolve but Kelly kept following up until issue was resolved. I will definitely buy again
