Very polite. Not 5 star because agent kept trying to get me to keep the product, yet I stated in beginning of call that I did not like it and would not be using it. That seemed to be ignored, and she just tryed several ways to get me to keep it. So, it seems sales a very important to this group, rather than me being happy with it.
