I like the flavor and all that from the collagen. Just started my second jar, so I may not have been on it long enough to notice anything yet. I will have to see in a few months I guess whether I feel it is making a difference

Haven’t seen or felt any difference, going back to my original supplements that were actually helpful.

I love this! My nails have grown out for the first time in years, even after the damage of salon gels. They’re long enough to polish and look nice. I can see they’ll get even stronger with time. Hair feels a little thicker too. I’ll keep using this because realistic results are showing definite improvement.

Taste is palatable

It’s not working for me…. Possibly I’m an older woman so my body is not affected for what’s supposedly to do. Feel fine awake ready to go in the mornings afterwards by late afternoon I’m tired too tired I drag myself to bed early in the evening and I see no changes I stay bloated after my morning drink…not happy!
