Product was great. Shipping driver was not-dropped it off at the wrong address without verification.

The salesman was very nice and helpful prior to the sale. I had a deadline for receiving a product. I could have just as easily ordered through the website, but he said going through him would speed up delivery. So I did. Once I emailed my info, I never heard back from him. No thank you or correspondence saying he would push the order through and get it shipped right out. To be fair, it came with plenty of time. I just felt like there was no service after the sale. Also, if there had been an issue, your return policy is horrendous. Bottom line. You had a good product at a good price and I got what I wanted successfully. I just don't feel like you would have been easy to work with if there would have been problems. I big box store offers more comfort in that way.
