Little help, too much hassle.
Was purchasing tennis shoes. I could see no help with sizing, no indication of the shoes being narrow or wide fit, true to size etc. So I took the punt and ordered based upon my current Nike size 13 shoes being ok, and the Asics Gels I ordered in size 13 were way to narrow for my foot and yet around 2 sizes too long. It was my first time buying shoes online - I have now bought shoes online 2 times, the first time and the last time. I'll go to a store where I can try many and get the correct fit and not have the hassle of returning them and paying to return them.

I ordered products from 3 different vendors on the same day and this order came first. I was surprised at how quick it came, given products from my home state didn’t arrive first. I had a misunderstanding with the product which was sorted out really quickly. Really good service and the best price on what I bought compared to anywhere in the world.
