Terrible customer service response To my request to find out where my item is

Horrible

so far so good. I am trying to figure out way to utilize it. It is great for FT, video capturing. I could see this being super great for a social media influencer. Just trying to figure out a good fit and placement for holding in my car.

Bad bad bad had to wait and wait and wait and finally when I told them I wanted to cancel because it had been so long it arrived in a few days and it’s not even going to work for what I need because it’s too big but don’t want to send it back because I will probably never get my money back and then I would have nothing worst experience ever 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

after waiting 8 weeks for delivery the product does not stick to a clean car windshield and we tried multiple windshield locations, even using multiple suction cups and at no time did I even get to attach a phone. because each morning it was either on the dashboard or the floor. customer service was dismal. a canned email response came that had nothing to do with the issue at hand, when I was specific that we had not even attached a phone yet, leaving it overnight to secure to the windshield. their solution was for me to buy adaptive dots for connecting the phone, which was irrelevant since I never got to attach the phone. wasted time and effort.

Took too long to receive my product.

I ordered the Tenikle so long ago (well over a year ago) and they just arrived in July 2022. I know Covid had a lot to do w/the slow delivery but a note from the company would have been helpful letting me know why my products hadn't been shipped. I did reach out to the company to inquire if I was ever going to receive my order when I kept getting emails encouraging me to purchase more products before I had even received my original order. The company did charge my credit card long before the product was shipped or delivered. (I'm talking many, many months!)

Product does not perform as hoped.

great customer service

The box you use is to nice. It is a hard box to protect the tenikle for nothing. It a waste of money which you can use to drop the price and have multiple langage s instructions, like in Europe.

Answer my e-mail. I want my money back.

I waited 4 months for the wrong color. Do I have to wait another 4 months? Will I receive the correct order? TBD
