USPS can't ship if they don't receive the product in the first place. What do you plan to do to compensate me for Order # 39464 placed Aug 31 and still not received on Sept 16?

Ordered in April, still hasn't arrived

I love the Tenikle I purchased. Shipping was fast and efficient. If I had it to do over I wouldn't spend money on the Bluetooth Shutter Remote as mine didn't last. The suction on the Tenikle is the real deal - I love it!

Complicated to get..

It shouldn’t take almost a month to ship something. If it’s a pre-order, tell people that. Don’t sell items that you don’t have in stock. That’s simply dishonest.

Now I ordered in May and didn't recieve it till the beginning of August. That irritated me a lil bit, but after I sent a email someone responded saying there was a delay. And it would be on the way.
