Great for shift work! Easy to use! You can literally wear and forget; hassle free temp taking. The only thing I would change is the app -you pay a decent amount for the thermometer, so why can’t all the features be free?

lots of watches nowadays claim to have fertility trackers, but temp drop is the most accurate and reliable. the placement of the arm band can accurately track the body’s basal body temperature. plus it’s comfortable and also keeps track of your sleep patterns. i can’t recommend temp drop enough.
