Paul was able to look up the actual staubli part number which gave good information on the connector. Most solar sites were not ableto do this Many stated not to mix solar connectors to avoid problems but didn't know which one was on their product. Temco has been the best at customer service that I have spoken with
I don't really know how to evaluate my customer service experience. The issue I contacted your customer service about stemmed from a lack of communication from TEMCo about the order I'd placed. This issue essentially resolved itself when my order arrived. The radio silence is still somewhat troubling, and my Google review will reflect that. But all's well that ends well, and I'm happy with the product I received (a motor start capacitor), the price I paid, and the timely delivery. But this is supposed to be a review of my customer service experience. I submitted a customer service request on account of the fact that, when I placed the order, the order confirmation screen told me, "Your order was sent to us but is currently awaiting payment. [. . . ] If you've already provided payment details then we will process your order manually and send you an email when it's complete. " That was Sunday, November 30. By Thursday, December 4, I still hadn't received an email telling me that my payment had been received and my order was being fulfilled. That's when I submitted my customer service request. I got an automated reply telling me my request had been received and was being reviewed by support staff. Then, before there was time for support staff to review my request, my capacitor arrived, so I updated my customer service request to report that the issue was resolved. I certainly didn't have a bad customer service experience, but I'm not sure I really had a customer service experience at all. Four stars? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Re: the attached photo: The capacitor I bought allowed me to get my late grandfather's approximately 40-year-old table saw running again, which I'm very happy about.
