I have had the best experience working with Glory (customer service representative) in the process of exchanging my bag for another Teddy Blake bag that is slightly bigger and more maroon in color than the originally purchased.

The shipping process was delayed
The shipping process was delayed twice. The tracking route stopped for a couple of days, giving no information about the reason for the delay. I tried to chat with Teddy Blake to discuss the delay process of my package , but since it was weekend it was an automated chatting. The chat with Teddy Blake wasn’t successful because it was through chat bot. All what was said is that they will reach out to me. I wish they sent me an email to confirm my claim. However, after the weekend FedEx and Teddy Blake reached out to me saying that my shipment will arrive soon. I guess FedEx and Teddy Blake systems don work during the weekend.
