Excellent service

We purchased the bed and got told it wasn't going to be delivered till late September due to stock issues (that's fine). We were told new stock would be arriving first week of October. At the start of the 2nd week of October we reached out and got told there was a delay. I then saw on social media you were running ads saying you had more stock ready to send before we even had a confirmed date for dispatch/delivery. I had to chase you for updates every time, and everytime I did there were push backs. You didn't manage my expectations here very well at all and it wouldn't have been a very heavy lift to do so. The product is great and our toddler loves it, the customer service is only okay.

Just assembled my daughters first 'big girl' bed and it looks amazing. It was easy to assemble and the mattress is very comfy. Really love the adaptable options - side rail/headboard, flippable bed base, flippable mattress. This bed is a great investment and my daughter will have years of use from it. Thank you :)

Delivery was super quick given it was a preorder The delivery man helped bring it all the way into my backyard So easy to set up and assemble and was done within 15 minutes!

I waited months for the bed and mattress to be delivered. Due to shipping delays etc the delivery kept on being pushed back.

Our daughter is thrilled with her new ‘big girl’ bed. It also got delivered in just over 24 hours which was excellent.

Great mattress, although it is quite firm (even on the medium/firm side). As we partially co-sleep, we will be looking at putting a mattress topper on. Customer service was quick to resolve our issues.

My 3 year old son loves his new big bed, especially the soft fabric is great so even if he bumps his body on the bed it is soft and won't leave a bruise like it would if it was a wooden bed! We love it so much!!

Great quality products and helpful service

A well designed bed that my daughter loves! The teddy-bed is so soft and makes my daughter love sleep time more than she ever has! We had an issue with shipping but Teddy went out of their way to remedy it. Love!
