i ordered Office Professional Plus
i ordered Office Professional Plus 2024 but I cannot get 2024 to install. Every time I install it I can only get 2021 which I already had. And it does not have Publisher. I would appreciate either some help or a refund.

After getting past the first
After getting past the first tech while chatting and instead talking to someone on the phone, we were able to finally install Microsoft Office. It took a couple of phone calls to India, but the tech finally found a way to fix the problem and got the software to install
