On Jan. 22 I received an email asking how I was doing in regards to the Office download. I replied that things were not well as I was having difficulties finding documents and where they would be stored. I did not receive a reply. Tom Theve I sent this to Microsoft.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. . . . . I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 for Mac and it did not function properly. I use Microsoft Word and Excel every day and it is important to have a reliable version. Of course, however, there was no 'after the sale' support available from this seller, and hence, my only recourse is to leave a negative review. Not much more to say other than I will place this transaction into dispute with my credit card company and repurchase Microsoft from a reputable seller.
