The new pull caps on bottles aren't very good, 4/10 needed to be freed with a corkscrew

Okay - regular customer here and this order felt like it fell slightly short of the usual high standards in a couple of ways. I opened the box to discover the product I had ordered wasn't available and a replacement had been sent, complete with a handwritten note of explanation. While the product sent was acceptable to me, and the explanation appreciated, it would have been more appropriate to have this communicated in advance of dispatch. Also, some of the ring pulls on a few of the cans were a bit askew which was unusual to see.
