Very helpful

Teaching Channel was quick to respond to my questions. My course was graded quickly and I was able to obtain my transcripts within my short timeline.

It was easy to sign up and pay for the course, everything was straightforward, and the course was easy to understand and complete. There were many interesting classes to choose from, so I will definitely use The Teaching Channel courses in the future when I need to renew my license.

Great course--speedy delivery on materials.

My classes I took were great - good content and helpful assignments. But, customer service was less great. It took almost a month to get my problem resolved (confirming class completion dates), and it was always me that was reaching out to the teaching channel - never them responding or following up with me. The problem was resolved, but it took a lot of emailing, messaging and waiting before it was finally figured out. For how much the courses cost, I expected better customer service. And, I tried to post this review multiple times with only 3 stars - it never appeared because they must be filtering reviews. But great course content!

Great Class

Great courses live how you can work at ur own pace. I do wish however once coursebis completed we can retrieve grade instead of waiting.

I was very pleased with the offerings of The Teaching Channel. They have classes that address every need you could have in today's educational profession. The content was relevant to the needs we have in a classroom and/or as a coach. I found each course I took immediately beneficial to me. I was thankful that the assignments were putting the learning into action rather than just writing about a topic. It helped me put the learning to work right away.
