I really wanted to love this product because I appreciate INIKA’s commitment to organic ingredients, and the eyebrow pencil itself seems well made. Unfortunately, I had a very difficult experience finding the correct shade. I first purchased the Brunette shade, which was too dark. After contacting customer service, I learned that lightly tested products cannot be returned or refunded. Because I liked the product concept and organic ingredients, I placed a second order for the Blonde shade, assuming it would be a better match. Unfortunately, it was too light. My biggest concern is that customers who do not live near a stockist have no practical way to test shades before purchasing. In my case, the nearest stockist is several hours away. This means online customers must essentially guess and risk losing the cost of the product if the shade is not suitable. Customer service was polite and allowed me to return the unopened pencil for a refund, however, not the lightly tested pencil. However, I am now left with two unusable pencils that could not be returned because they had been lightly tested for color matching. I think the products may work well for customers who can test shades in person, but online buyers should be aware of the return policy before purchasing shade-dependent products.

Overall I think this is a good company with good products.
