Unfortunately customer service (or lack there of) was extremely disappointing, especially given my long term loyalty and expectation that the company would have high ethos being in Australia and a cruelty free organic product. I ordered the same powder I’ve used for years, when I received it the colour of the powder was completely wrong and way off what it has been for years. I must have tried about a dozen times to contact Inika via every contact option, and never received a response.
