I would rate my overall experience with Taylor’s & Company at 4 out of 5 stars. The quality of the parts themselves was excellent, and most of my order shipped promptly. However, the experience was held back by the lack of clear communication on two items that were back-ordered. More timely updates on availability would have made the process smoother.

I thought before writing a review I would take my new Taylor Tuned pistols for a range day. The action is like butter and the pistols are very accurate. Shipping took 2 days to my FFL 👍. My dealing with the staff has been a pleasure, when a problem has come up they have been very helpful, and quick to return calls plus making sure issues are resolved quickly.
