Really bad customer service. Refused to acknowledge I’d added the code bounce for the free gift. Luckily I took a screenshot or else I wouldn’t have got it and even then it went through about 5 emails before they saw logic. Never again.

Shipment was so quick. Product came well packaged. Received it the next day.

Abysmal customer service. Received a box with my free gifts but not the dewy set - tatcha have sent me a picture of a box being packed - this could be anyone’s order. They have now told me to claim through my bank. Ongoing for over 2 weeks and customer service is shocking to say the least
