Terrible customer service! Gifted this and after 3 weeks it still hasn’t arrived. “Customer Service” apologized and gave me the information to track it down on my own.

I am a huge fan of the products. I have found unfortunately with some of the serums the pump doesn't work when the amount gets low, especially if the stem of the pump is curved to fit in the bottle. This is frustrating but I put up with it because I love that the products feel so great on my skin and don't irritate my eyes, which can be a problem for me.

Great products but I was disappointed that I didn't get the travel case I was supposed to get with my $200 purchase.

It has been 20 days since I placed my order and I still haven’t received my products. I have tried contacting customer service several times, but I haven’t received any response. This lack of communication and long delay is very disappointing, especially for a brand like this. I hope this issue is resolved soon.

There is a scent or a fragrance to this product and I broke out. I wasted $80.
