The reward system is not good. I accidentally got code to redeem reward points and because there was already a discount code it wouldn’t let me add them back.

The package arrived promptly. The shipping box was covered in a dark, smelly substance. I contacted the company. The requested pictures, then more pictures and more pictures. They believe ( and I do to) that the product wasn’t damaged. I’m disappointed that at this price point, they should have just replaced the product.

It’s such a treat to use this mask. I keep it on my face for hours sometimes all day and after when I finally take it off my skin looks like turn in time. So luscious and bouncy. Love smell and consistency. Only downside side it’s sticky so I can’t sleep with it but it becomes my day mask.
