They came in a timely manner

My sandals were delivered in a timely manner and packaged well.

My wife loved her shoes that she had several years ago. However, a couple of years ago she had 3 different foot surgeries and since then hasn't been able to walk well. She finally was able to walk well enough that she thought she'd try the shoes again. While the new shoes were what she ordered, her foot that she had surgery on was a little bigger than previously and the new shoes were too tight. So we were able to return that pair and order one size bigger. The last pair fit perfectly and my wife again loves her shoes. Thanks for the excellent customer service!

Excellent service and delivery!!!

I bought these shoes on sale so they aren’t returnable. I tried on my sisters identical shoes and loved them so I felt confident these shoes would be great. However the left shoe is perfect and the right shoe is very uncomfortable on the outside toe area. It’s like there is defect on the side the pushes in on the side of my foot. I wish I could return them but I’ll just keep trying to stretch the side of the right shoe until they are wearable. I would not purchase again on a non-returnable sale. Lesson learned

Easy returns and no issues with shipping. Very well made and stylish. I’ve been looking for a shoe this well made for some time. I have wide feet so I wish there was half sizing but I settled on a my usual size. I was worried they’d be tight but the next size was way too big. They broke in quick than then I expected. I am very happy with them

This is my 3rd or 4th pair personally and my first for My Lovie and he wears his at least daily to go get a coffee or the post office. He loves the comfort especially now that the weather isn’t changing and his feet get cold quickly! We will be ordering more soon!

I ordered a half size bigger than I needed and they fit perfect. (I have narrow feet) warm, love the soft "fur" lining. Pretty good arch, I could use a higher one but I could put in a different insole. Well constructed, I like how it isn't a big chunky boot

I like the shoes but they slip up on Your heel if you don’t wear socks
