Purchase & delivery was smooth but the back stud is not opening

Finish was not upto mark. Lots of scratch and no discount was provided so it feels like detachment from brand

3rd august was the delivery date but now its 8th august, havent recieved my parcel yet.

Very bad service. . . ordered 18mm and received 17mm. . . very disappointing

Staff are very cordial, specially Akshita who coordinated ver well with customers.

Absolutely terrible experience. Feedback 1: Delivery Experience The delivery agent from Sequel was unprofessional and rude. When his vehicle broke down, instead of handling the situation professionally, he sarcastically said, "I can send you a photo/video of the broken-down vehicle. " This was completely unacceptable. I had to personally escalate the matter with both Titan and Sequel just to get the delivery rescheduled. When I contacted your chat support, Krishna simply asked me to wait, or alternatively provided me with Sequel's customer care number. Do you really expect customers to coordinate with your third-party delivery partners themselves? Doesn't Tanishq take any responsibility for the end-to-end customer experience? If I have to manage delivery issues on my own, and take bad behavior from delivery guys, what is the value of paying a premium to purchase from Tanishq instead of buying directly from a local jeweller? Feedback 2: Broken Feedback Journey After the delivery, I received an SMS from Tanishq asking me to share my feedback via a link. However, the link simply redirected me to the generic Tanishq homepage instead of a dedicated feedback page. How do you expect customers to navigate your website to locate a feedback form? If you're actively requesting feedback, the process should be seamless and direct. Overall, this reflects a very casual attitude towards customer experience. I expected far better service and ownership from a brand like Tanishq.
