It is deeply frustrating to receive an email asking for a product review when the item hasn't even been delivered. Before triggering automated review requests, your system ought to cross-verify basic delivery statuses with your logistics team to avoid irritating your customers. Here is my actual experience so far: Order Placed: July 27, 2026 (Expected Delivery: July 30, 2026) Current Date: August 12, 2026 (13 days delayed, product still missing) Logistics Nightmare: On August 6 at 9:30 PM, your delivery person called asking me to travel 7 km to a bypass route because they refused to enter our city. Even after I agreed to meet them, they called back to say they had already passed the bypass and promised delivery the next day. I have received zero communication or delivery attempts since then. Your logistics coordination and internal communication need urgent operational improvements. Please look into the status of this order immediately and provide a concrete update on delivery. Tanishq/Logistics Team, please fix your delivery operations and align your customer feedback systems before sending premature review requests.
