Poor service

I purchased a saree online On the date of delivery I got that cannot be sent on quality check. So I Never received my article also the online store still claims to have 5 in stock

Very nice product exactly as shown in the picture. Arrived on time. Loved the saree and its packaging.

The saree border was wrongly stitched and the customer care rejected to accept as it was above 7 days of delivery. . .

Shipping courier is absolutely useless . . there is way to add feedback/track/ connect there. My package is not delivered because they messed up contact number and I am not able to connect

Taneria could not deliver the package within promised date. Pre-paid orders are least concern for the business. When placed COD, received the product before promised date.

My order was unilaterally cancelled by Taneira without giving any reason. My payment was included a voucher from HDFC. They refunded the partial amount paid by credit card and I lost the voucher as the same was already redeemed and Taneira did not refund the same. Highly unprofessional
