I bought a saree for Rs 11,475. The delivery person took Rs 13, 476. I have been trying to get the refund from last 10 days from Taneria. Worst experience ever. I did not expect this from a brand like Tata.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience and would like to raise a serious complaint. Around a month ago, I purchased this saree, but the order was cancelled by your team stating that the saree was in damaged condition and that the same saree was not available. The amount was subsequently refunded. However, I was surprised to see the exact same saree being offered for sale again. I purchased it once more, trusting the Tata brand. Unfortunately, after receiving the saree, we found that it was again in a damaged condition. I had no option but to initiate the return immediately. This is highly unacceptable. If the saree was already identified as damaged earlier, how could the same damaged product be listed and sold again to another customer? I have always associated the Tata brand with quality, reliability, and customer trust. Therefore, this experience is particularly disappointing and has seriously affected my confidence in your products and quality-control process. I request you to investigate this matter seriously, explain how this happened, and take appropriate corrective action. I expect a proper response rather than a routine refund or apology.

The product wasn’t delivered yet it appears in the site as available. I am visiting the country for a short time and has always tried Taneira but this time It has ruined the experience .
