Pls refund

Too many emails/messages both from Taneira and Delivery Couriers tracking the shipments, causing confusion especially with multiple orders.

Worst ever online store. No accountability, no ownership and the worst is no update to customer.

Had to pay twice for the transaction. My phonepe transaction went through but somehow the website did not register it. so I paid for the tops and the transaction did not register with the website. I had to buy the tops again with COD and pay again at delivery time. still awaiting refund of the original funds paid via phonepe.

I cannot write anything as you cancelled my order without a reason. Not fair at all. It was a gift.

Order cancelled immediately by taneira stating quality failure Post that Robin from cs desk called from taneira stating product will be arranged from store but after that no update Called him on his extension but no reply. You don't deserve even a rating

Item was never picked up for delivery from supplier. Upon tracking order; I found out that order has been cancelled. Noone had the curtsey to inform me about order cancellation as I was waiting for product. Such a poor customer experience is not expected from Taneira. Really bad. I am not going to buy from Taneira again.

Good experience. But in general, the prices are quite steep
