The part took nearly a month to arrive\. I had to contact the company by email to inquire about the status after several weeks had passed\. I was informed that the product was delayed in their distribution system and would be shipped shortly; however, that did not occur, and I had to send a second email requesting further information\. Despite paying for shipping, the product was delivered much later than expected\. Overall, the customer service and communication were disappointing, and the quality of the product did not meet my expectations\.
