The customer service is exceptional!

Shipping was fast. I had emailed questions and got answers in about a day! So pleased with my purchase.

Want to love but just so-so I love so much about these cups but the straws have a real engineering flaw. They have a suction/vacuum effect that makes them leak out of the top. It is so unfortunate because otherwise the cups are so great, but this flaw is really frustrating!

I have been after just the right cup for my toddler. This was it. Doesn’t leak, easy to clean, has been dropped several times and stayed in tact. Super cute and easy for her to use. Best purchase I have made in a long time. I look forward to trying the smaller version when the next baby is ready for a straw cup, because I’m not going back to the other junk available out there.

great customer service.

Shipping was fast and we love the design

Amazing customer service!

Amazing customer service!!

Excellent customer service

Fantastic, will buy more products in the future. I wish the shipping to Canada wasn’t so expensive, but worth every cent.

We love these cups so much! My toddler is pretty rough on them and the spikes do a great job of keeping them protected. We did eventually manage to break one but they kindly replaced it for us free of charge. Amazing brand and amazing customer service!!

Also, great customer service.

Excellent brand! Shipping did take quite a long time though so if you have immediate need that will be tough (we didn’t have immediate need so wasn’t a problem).

This product is great and the customer service is amazing. It's durable enough for my baby, and easy for my baby to learn how to drink from a straw! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service! Would highly recommend their products and the team is just wonderful to work with.

Amazing customer service, so impressed with Tabor Place and would recommend them to every mom!

Awesome customer service.

Super helpful!

Very timely shipping since it was coming all the way to Ireland. I would definitely use this company and service again.

Love this cup!! The only cup my daughter will use. We have multiple of these cups and I love how it is glass and not plastic! My daughter has dropped hers multiple times and it has never broke, the spike cup sleeve is great protection. Love this company and great customer service as well! Will definitely keep ordering. Highly recommend!
