Navigation of website is very easy, shipping and packaging was well done. No need to inquire with customer service, everything went seamless with purchasing and receiving.

The shipping was 2 days late but it was a busy weekend so I understand.

Ordered with REM extension wire. Delivered without it and received an email at the same time it was delivered saying they didn’t have any in stock for my order. They did refund me! But wished it had been stated on the website beforehand. Still recommend absolutely! But the extra REM wire was needed for my setup.
