Other than wireless mouse and keyboard not working on the computer, all is goo

Very happy with the PC. Was told by customer support that the front SD card slot was inoperable but took a chance and ordered anyway. To my surprise, the SD slot is fully functional and the PC works flawlessly. It was delivered quickly and packaged securely. Very happy with the purchase. Although customer service/support is very responsive, not so confident in their ability since they were mistaken about my inquiry. Glad I took the chance anyway and very pleased.

Purchased 2 Optiplex 5050 Micro and 1 Optiplex 7070 tower. The 505s arrived quickly and worked flawlessly. The 7070 was not shipped initially, but after contacting System Liquidation, they overnighted the missing system to me. All systems were received, the prices were great, and I will definitely order again. Customer service was quick and effective with no arguing, which was even better.

Very happy with my purchase and the service.

All was great. PC like new, fast speed

Well packaged, nice box with keyboard, mouse, power cord and wireless adaptor. Nice and new looking.

Laptop condition better than described. Had an issue and it was efficiently and quickly resolved.

Good products and good service

This is my second experience with System Liquidation and I have found them to be professional, helpful, and their products superior to any prior refurbished purchases from other sources. Shipping is free and fast.

Shipped quickly, packaged very well.

Front of the machine has a melted area about 2x 2 which worries me that it may not work. I don’t consider that a minor flaw . I am waiting on a conversion cord to take my old vga to the available avi-i display port. There is an odor of either smoke or fire. Don’t send emails on the chat with questions because I never heard back.

Thank you

Great

no problem

As promised, still doing well

very busy

So far the computer works fine. The "free" keyboard was sent with the wrong dongle. Three messages were sent with no response. I had to purchase a keyboard elsewhere in order for the computer to work. Hence< the "okay" rating.

I had a couple of issues after I purchased my computer. The customer service was great. They responded back to me promptly and resolved my issues.

works very well
