So far the computer works fine. The "free" keyboard was sent with the wrong dongle. Three messages were sent with no response. I had to purchase a keyboard elsewhere in order for the computer to work. Hence< the "okay" rating.

I had a couple of issues after I purchased my computer. The customer service was great. They responded back to me promptly and resolved my issues.

When I first turned the machine the computer kept telling me it was trying to connect with Microsoft. Window program never booted up.

You can build your own set up using one of their base units. I like that.

I finally got my computer guy over yesterday to set up the new system. Everything works GREAT! Fast! I bought a plastic drive to install my 4TB SSD as a “D” DRIVE. It went flawlessly! Man is this fast compared to my old DELL XPS. I’m very happy with my system.

Hi guys, very pleased with the pc as it’s a great value and looks and works perfect. Only issue is it is not loaded with Win10 Pro but rather Win10 Home. Would like to upgrade if you can tell me what’s needed like a disc or a key? Thanks much!

Quick shipping, good looking product, however the battery installed isn’t very good with me only having an hour of battery life . Other than that 5 stars

I opened the boxes Saturday of my order. I just wanted to comment how professional the packaging is. The clear wrap on the computer is beyond beautiful. I opened the computer case & it’s beautiful inside. The system looks new! Great communications. It looks brand new.

So far so good. It's a nice laptop. It's more than fair what you got for it. I'm happy. The only thing was I corrupted something and I asked technical support or I tried to search the site. And I never was getting back. I took the cereal off and it claims it's Enterprise but it also could be pro but neither Windows installation, media reworks cuz I was going to reinstall it. It gives me a wrong cereal. That's all. I would love to get a reply back but otherwise I'm very happy with it and I already recommended someone

Very pleased with my product, although I wish I had paid closer attention to the ad. There was only one HTMI port and it was in the front. I have a couple of HTMI Monitors but the system has two Display ports. I had to buy 2 Display to HTMI cables which cost me close to $40 extra. They system works flawlessly.
