This is a review of my recently purchased DELL LATITUDE 5410. I needed to send the laptop in for service after I could not access the internal drive. I found the repair process to be a very positive experience: * Actually spoke to a real person when beginning the repair process!!! I was directed to a service rep who provided me the info on the process to rapair my laptop. The email interactions with the service rep were greatly appreciated. * Received my repaired laptop in 3 weeks which was very good consisdering I started the repair process just before Christmas. In summary I am very satisfied with the whole process and I will continue to recommend this company to anyone looking for a used computer and who may be concerned with buying a used computer. This is my second laptop purchased from Systems Liquidation. Thank You

Laptop was generally good, with very good & reliable performance. However, cosmetically I rate it a 4: there was a faux (plastic) brushed aluminum adhesive cover sheet placed over the laptop’s front cover. Not only did this look rather cheesy, but the cut-out for the original Dell logo on the top cover was not cut well and was placed off center, giving a very amateur appearance. I was disappointed when I unboxed it but decided to keep it as time was short to put it in service, and I’m sure System Liquidation wouldn’t have considered that a valid reason for replacement. Otherwise, as I said, the laptop performs as expected.

I got the laptop for Christmas and love it. It run smooth and fast it great.

I know this one won't make it on the web site, but I can try. I originally submitted a review with FIVE stars, but now a few months later I have a different opinion. My All In One device failed within the warranty period and after some back and forth I was provided with a replacement that was a newer model, but did not have all of the same features - most importantly I was given a lower resolution screen. I've been going back and forth over this for months, and now instead of addressing me by name I am called "Customer" and I am being accused of trying to get an "upgrade" for free. I just want a replacement that is equivalent to what I had. I'm not trying to get anything more than that.

I bought 2 units, DELL 7090, about 5 months ago. They were professionally packed & they both run great, out of the box. I recommend System Liquiddation anyime asks for my opinion on purchasing a Laptop or a Desktop system. I wish I knew about them when I had my computer repair business!

I received my T490 as expected. They even provided a free laptop sleeve. Thank you for making it easier to shop perfectly well-functioning IT-equipment. A suggestion: if you could show more transparency on how you deal with e-waste, that would be something I would pay a premium for.

The 2 monitors I purchased are working 100%. They were well worth the price. I will return to system liquidation to purchase again.

Got a Dell Latitude 7330 four months ago for a price which could not be matched until now any where. Looks and performs like a new laptop out-of-the box. You need to have luck, time and patience to wait for the laptop you need for these prices.

I searched the Internet for a very specific configuration in a new computer system. A new system would have cost me 4 times what I paid for it here. The system I received was immaculate and exactly as I ordered. And when the system had a failure 11 months after purchase, I was quickly sent a replacement unit without hesitation or argument. I could not be happier and would not hesitate to purchase here again.

I purchased a Grade A refurbished Optiplex 7070. It arrived securely packaged and clean both inside and out. Keyboard, mouse, Wifi adapter and Bluetooth dongle were all included. Alex helped me resolve a communication issue with my monitor by sending me a different display port-to-hdmi adapter and a display port-to-display port cable at no charge. The computer is working great and it's a relief to know that Alex's technical support is there for the warrantly period!

My first Grade A computer was fine. My second Grade A arrived with a bulging case. Nobody is answering the phone. :-|

I am currently learning to use the new Windows 11. This is a refurbished Lenovo. I am a little concerned about the fact that it seems to take longer than I would have anticipated when waking up. I hit the tab key but nothing happens sometimes until I either hit it again or sometimes twice or sometimes a different key altogether. Not sure what that is about. Overall though, I like the fact that this being a SFF computer I can have it on my desk with a monitor resting on it, rather than near the floor.

Item took way too long to ship. It arrived as a good quality product, but there should have been information up front that the specs would not allow the product to receive OS upgrade s to Win 11. As it stands, I have a product that is essentially obsolete.

Everything good. May be back. Give it time, see how it runs.
