it's only been up and running for 3 days but so far so good . no complaints . GROK helped me through the initial set up and basically had me turn every microsoft switch off and un-check all of their boxes . Combined with my new T-mobile 47Mbps internet after ditching 12 years of hugesnet (at 1. 7), this a fantastic set up . . . so far .

I rolled the dice on two ThinkPads - one from Amazon and one from System Liquidation, since I've had bad luck with used laptops in the past and figured one of the two probably wouldn't work correctly. The one I received from Amazon was in pretty rough physical shape (obviously heavily used) and had a flickering screen, so I sent it back. The one I received from System Liquidation was in perfect condition and worked great! (That's the one I kept, obviously. ;-) )

Was looking for a good laptop for college and was recommended this Dell refurbished one online. The specs on it are amazing for the price, and when setting up the computer, nothing was wrong with it. When delivered, the box was damaged, but the cushioning made up for it.

Good computer for good price. So far, all is good.

I have been really pleased with all my interactions. It was very unfortunate that the first laptop i purchased had an issue adjusting the screen. My email was answered promptly with an RMA to return the system. And the turn around was very quick. Bravo, I would highly recommend your company. Do not like having delivery held for signature requirement. Required three (3) delivery attempts. Did not request required signature for delivery. Very inconvenient.
