Efficient amaze customer service

Overall, I unpleased with the runner. I was very pleasantly surprised to see that it had a nonslip back which I wasn’t expecting however, I was disappointed that it did not have the cream border all around it as it stated in the picture, which was why I ordered it in the first place. Communication could have been better, it took a good month and with no communication about that. However, the quality is good and I would definitely visit the site again if I needed anything else.
