Because the postal service claimed they delivered my package, I am stuck paying for something I never received!!! This time of year people steal... it is our new normal apparently. My mailbox is on a very busy highway and the postal delivery person refuses to deliver to my secure location (camera monitored) weatherproof box at my gate and instead puts stuff on TOP of my Mailbox or on the ground!!! (same for my neighbors -- there are several boxes at my location) I am NOT happy to be a victim AND now my granddaughter will be without her Christmas outfit. I won't be shopping with you EVER again nor will I recommend you. I realize you cannot control a USPS carrier; however, I received ZERO response from you. One of the line items at checkout (in addition to shipping) was postal delivery fee (that I was required to pay). ????? Why do you charge that? And one more thing... I have received solicitation emails from you daily since my order. TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST!!!
