Seem to be very pro-active with you if you do encounter any problem, even with a sample. Get the impression they want you to be happy.

Discovered this site recently and was impressed by the range and variety of products. Easy to negotiate the collection and select choice. Always liked the Tulip Chair as a practical solution to dining. The form and function of the ‘swivel’ suit our needs more now that we are seniors. The smooth swivel action, and a base that glides on our hard floor is perfect. I chose the matt fibreglass model in ivory with tweed cushion and am more than pleased with the materials and finish. The company answered my questions and took on board my comments about transport and delivery. The delivery firm driver contacted me well before arrival and, as they were relatively light, he was understanding about placing the packages near the front of house rather than kerbside. Packaging was well considered and the chairs were pristine. The ‘Tulip Chair’ has been one of my favourites design icons from way back and as an former teacher of Art & Design this replica will bring comfort and pleasure to future dining.
