The merchandise was all very nice quality. and good price. . . Sometimes the sizes of jeans are a bit small. So I always order a size larger in these. The earings were broken. Auspoat good. 3 day delivery.

Recently placed an online order for 1 pink and 1 black tshirts. But what arrived was pink and navy. Decided to keep the navy but really wanted the black.

I am not keen on the fashion this season and whilst you say 1 to 3 days it always takes at least 3 days to arrive.

I received my order in good time - thank you. One of the issues with clothing though is the inconsistent sizing. I bought 3 items in a larger size as I wanted a little more room, but the third item, a nightie, was ENORMOUS. It was around 10-15cm wider again than the shirts I bought in the same size! This was an expensive nightie. I have kept it for a friend who is a little larger than me, for Christmas so I didn't return it. Honestly Sussan, how about verifying that the sizes are accurate. For those of us who don't have a local store, we need to be able to trust the sizing on your site. Isn't there staff that oversees this, that checks the sizing is accurate?
