Loving my results so far! Hoping to see more consistency with Elk Antler Velvet Platinum. The Gold is GOLDEN! The Platinum was a real disappointment at double the cost and less potent than the gold concerning my workouts and energy levels and consistency of the actual product. It seemed diluted. Very disappointed about that but not giving up on this product line yet. Would like to try the platinum again to see if it was a fluke batch or if the results and consistency of the product is in fact less beneficial than the lower cost Gold product.

Ordered this weeks ago, directly at Surthrival due to a special promo. Order was never delivered. Asked advice, and after sending 2 reminders finally got this great answer: call USPS. You cannot call USPS for this, you need to stop by the central post office, which I did. Item seemed lost. Informed customer service, no response. Sent another email. no response. Surthrival, this is bad service. I have been buying this item for years through one of your resellers. I will be rethinking that now. Very disappointing experience.
