Love the Surfshell! I had never seen this product and was a little skeptical before it arrived, but after a few board knocks and sand scrapes I can 100% recommend this innovative product. Comfortable (be even comfier for those with hair), stays on without discomfort, doesn’t interfere with wave judgement or duck diving, and definitely reduces impact. Yet to test in over head high conditions, but I can confidently say these things work well in small surf, and I’ll definitely be buying another when my wears out. 6 stars!

Had my first surf with the Surf Shell yesterday. It was amazing and exceeded expectations! The shell was really comfy, the brim was stiff and good for duck diving. I forgot I even had it on. I’m so happy with my experience. I was recommended by a friend and I’m so glad I ordered one. I wish I would have been better about selecting a fit because even though it fit fine on land once I was in the water I noticed some slippage even with the toggle tightened.
