Their customer service is super fast and they are very helpful . I really wished that they had colored contacts . I am a -10. 5 on my left and a -9. 50 on my right .

I had a problem where I was being billed for a subscription that I had cancelled, but it somehow reactivated itself a few months later. They were very helpful in making sure it stayed cancelled this time.

How often does a customer walk away from a positive experience with customer service much less take the time to talk about it or write about it. Today is one of those days. I had an extremely helpful CSR named Ashley H assit me for approximately an hour, past closing time. She walked me through every issue I was having a difficult time with and remained patient the entire time. I've never dealt with a CSR who followed through and found a solution for everything I came inquiring about.
