Shopping experience was ok but I wasn't impressed with the differences in shipping. When I purchased the item ($49. 95 with a discount -$10. 00) there was no free shipping option. I paid minimal for shipping ($7. 00) but it took 2 weeks for the package to arrive. When having to return the purchase as the 13 WW was actually longer than a 13 M. . . I had to pay to ship the return ($15. 00). When ordering a replacement ($49. 95) there was no discount applied but I did get free shipping and the item arrived in 3 days. One year ago this shoe cost $30. Between purchase. defect in size, return and shipping. . . this is the most expensive shoe ever bought for my husband!
