Terrific insoles. 100% recommended.

I have only used them for several days but they are comfortable and seem to fit my high arch. Thinking of getting a second pair for other shoes.

The arch support is moderate compared to Dansko. It definitely helps, but I wouldn't call it high arch support. They arrived in 5 days. Overall I'm happy with the purchase. I bought size 7 and it fit perfectly into my size 8 Baffin Boots, which run a size small. I love these boots except for the arch support, so Superfeet make them work for me.

A foot doctor recommended Superfeet to me in 2012 for use in hiking the Appalachian Trail. They were a great success! Since then, my wife and I have placed Superfeet insoles in all of our shoes and boots. They provide great support and are indestructable!!

I have not gone for run yet, which will be the true test, but the inserts themselves are awesome. Well made, sturdy, and compared to other "running inserts" I have purchased, Superfeet are so much nicer. Just trying them on in my current running shoes, they actually feel like the custom orthotics that I paid 4x the amount I piad for Superfeet. Ordering was easy and shipping was fast. Hoping my running experience with them is as positive as my initial observation.
