Too hard. Not comfortable on my feet

The heel cup is quite small and too tall for my shoes. It cramps inside the shoe and tilts my foot towards my toes too aggressively. I like the bounce that comes from the carbon spine but it needs to drop the heel by 3-4mms at least for it to be comfortable. The packaging and cut to fit experience is good.

Great product and fit is good. My feet feels good and supported during my daily hikes

The app told me that I have high arches but they hurt my arches and I cannot wear them

not happy with whole experience, placed order, 4 days later no tracking or shipping info when I inquired, got we are busy processing. when I requested cancelation I got shipping info within minutes and I can ship back on my own dime. . . when I recieve them. next innersoles will be from Walmart
