Shipping was good. The product itself made my foot pain go away. However; the heel height even after 3 skates in them through me off so bad I had to take them out. Might work for others but for me they did not.

Horrible experience with trying to exchange a pair. Paid $100 for insoles and wore them once. Was not satisfied with comfort but was denied exchange for diff model.

The shipping was prompt, even in the Christmas rush.

Relieved heel pain but are now causing discomfort between the ball of my toes and my arch.

These made my pain worse BUT only because the firmness was a little too much for my arches and what I needed. Obviously, everyone has different feet so not everything will work for each person. SuperFeet support was great to work with and offered a solution right away.
