Just purchased theses as my podiatrist recommended these to help with planters fasciitis. They feel comfortable however they squeak when worn in my Hoka Shoes. A sprinkle of baby power stops the squeak for a while. I know more in about a month about how they help.

For a couple years I had pain in my feet, needles in the heal. My doctor recommended I buy Superfeet insoles from the Kaiser pharmacy. The pain relief was instant, what I thought might be a lifelong ailment went away almost instantly.

Felt awful

Better than the insoles that came with my Scarpa hiking boots when they were new, which were compressed after 4 years. Helped with volume in my boot which has increased after several years of use.
