Shipping was good. The product did not work for me

Disappointed with the lack of support for a high arch. There is enough medial support but not enough transverse to lateral support. Going back to my powerstep pros.

This is the first time I directly ordered from the company. Everything went smoothly and I was able to talk to a staff member about how often the inserts should be replaced based on my usage

I already did this on the first page I opened so I don’t see the point in repeating it and I don’t want to spend the time duplicating it.

Got a blister on my heel from them never got blisters on the other insoles. Wore them a few more times seems to have gotten better.
