I’ve been using SuperFeast Mushrooms for a couple of years now, but only started taking Mason’s Mushrooms 3 months ago. I’ve definitely become a fan, there’s an earthy quality about them which feels deeply nourishing, soothing & nurturing for my wellbeing. I use them alone or mixed with Deer Antler, Tremella, or any of the other SF blends I have. The taste is great & I’m very much appreciating their effects.

As an 83 year old, yesterday I completed numerous household chores before driving for over an hour to an appointment & back again, shopped in a busy supermarket, cooked dinner & was still feeling great at 9pm. Love the product is in glass love the taste of the mushrooms I add a bit of milk for a creamy taste. . Still finding it difficult to sleep but things take time . . So I don’t expect it to happen overnight. . And we are all different so things may work faster or slower as we are all individuals

I’ve invested in a lot of vitamins & health medicinal supplements over the years. I’ve been taking Superfeast Ashwagandha & Lions Mane for the past couple of months and it has helped me regulate my system in so many ways. My coffee habit has lessened Yay, as now I have a Lions Mane Latte in the morning instead & both of them have helped me lower my stress levels, especially when i work in high paced event environments. Looking forward to experiencing the benfits of Masons medley of mushies. I don't tend to notice much when I take these medicines, but I do notice that when I stop taking them for a while, I am more aware of the mid afternoon slump. I'm taking the Reishi at night-time in the hope that it will help with sleeping. 3 weeks in, I havn't noticed anything. The Reishi is not pleasant to taste so I find i need to add some honey to make it more palatable.

Best quality schisandra. Goes like rocket fuel.
