i accidentally got kids sunglasses. is it possible to exchange for the correct size? it also took much longer than i had anticipated however they did refund the shipping charge when i noticed it was supposed to be free shipping based on the advertising on the website.

I received the correct frame. However, they sent me the size they wanted me to have. I placed an order for a size 54 frame and I was sent a 52 anyway. Apparently, the 54 is discontinued in the exact frame option I chose, which is not a problem. The one thing that is a problem, is until this very day, the discontinued size is available for purchase! Me receiving intentionally being sent the wrong frames happened AFTER I communicated with the representative by phone and e-mail, that I wanted a 54 (my order reflects size 54 as well). Otherwise, I would not have moved forward with that order. Now I have smaller than I would like frames and I am out my money. I was finally sent an e-mail saying that I need to complete an RMA. I would much rather them process my refund first, so I can complete a whole new order for the glasses that I NEED to order. This process has become.an inconvenience!

Great service and price for my Tiffany eyeglasses. Saved almost 2/3 of money.

What concerned me was the monies were applied to my credit card while the glasses were in back order. I didn’t know there was a delay until I called CS. Since I was a first time buyer It caused me some concern. CS was very helpful.

They have a big range of products at the best possible prices, beating most Prices of other businesses. Although, their customer service is very poor and the team members only do the bare minimum at times. Other times they do not even get back to you. Their customer service panel needs improving.

They shipped my product after 4-5 weeks while the shipping time was explicitly stated as 1-2 weeks moreover they do not reply to mails consistently so overall its a really shitty place to order glasses from.

Be ready to wait and wait and more wait. Took over 8 weeks. But I have to say I'm pleased with my sunglasses.
