I ordered 2 pairs of Atmani sunglasses I LOVE in July. After receiving an email that they were on backorder, I waited all summer for them to arrive. Sunvision had another promotion in September - and my favorite sunglasses were again available. I ordered 2 more pairs, but emailed Sungvision to ask about my July order and received an immediate response! The customer service rep reviewed my July order and informed me when it would ship along with a timeframe for my new order. I was impressed with the personal follow up - and I now have all four pairs. I'm thrilled - I've never received more complements on any other sunglasses.

It was a great experience making my purchase at Sunsvision.com. Definitely, I will explore other opportunities with them again.

Absolutely gorgeous! Love them. Have received a lot of compliments. Was worried about this purchased online. Response wasn’t always quick. Delivery took a bit longer. But, I was notified that it be arriving a few days later for high demand of product. I must say well worth the wait. They are authentic . I did in fact receive what I ordered. Want to purchase the blue shade now that I know this company is honest.

Great prices. Shipping was what they said it would be time wise. Will always get my buisness.

I purchased frames and waited over two weeks to receive them when I used the blind chat to ask about timing o received no answer. Had to call twice and was given the same answer each time. “Your glasses will ship tomorrow.” Sadly I had to return the frames because they didn’t fit. The same cycle ensued when I requested a refund authorization. It took two emails and a phone call before they sent the authorization. Then I sent the frames back and it took ten days after they received them to issue a credit. Probably won’t buy from sunsvision again.

I put in an order for an etnia O. Barcelona Malmo frame. The order was processed perfectly and in a couple of weeks, my order was received --just as I requested. I look forward to processing any future frame requests with Sunsvision. The staff is very responsive to any questions and a refreshing experience to deal with. Thank you Kirill.
