The equipment is uncomfortable, impossible to relax to get the benefits from it, and the 30-day money back guarantee is bogus. It really is a slap in the face to anyone trying to manage an injury and recovery. Never again!

Bike came well packaged and was easy to construct. But there's no way I could repackage it to return it, which I seriously thought about doing because the bike is much more 'rigorous' than I expected.

This was my 3rd Sunny product. I have the rower and recumbent bike I am happy with, but the stepper is really not at all what I was expecting. Can’t do cardio if you can barely push the pedals down

Directions and hardware are top of the line in every way. Materials are top of the line. There is not a better product in the market in MHO. My first workout suppressed my old unit by 30 minutes. This organization is 5 Star!

Once again the product is great. The delivery service where I paid so much money for the delivery. It came in as damaged and broken boxes even though the box was marked fragile. Very disappointed in that but overall once I built the rig I'm very satisfied

Thus far I am very happy with this mini elliptical. It provides the resistance and my legs get to do the work! I've used three different of these. The first used non-metal parts and eventually parts ground against each other leaving a powder residue behind. The second was motor driven and I never felt I was doing the work. This mini elliptical lets me do the work at a good resistance level.

Everything was perfect. Assembly was very easy. I highly recommend.

Not good with shipping - wrong tracking info was provided and it took hours of my time to actually locate my treadmill.
